Ginger Powder

Chilli Flakes
Friend’s Fiji Style Chilli Flakes is a blend of local chillies farmed and collected from local farmers in the peak season for drying. Suited for sprinkling on any dish that requires the heat.

It contains up to seven times the vitamin C level of an orange and has a range of health benefits, including fighting sinus congestion, aiding digestion and helping to relieve migraines and muscle, joint and nerve pain. Locally grown ripe tomatoes are sundried for the natural flavor option without any added preservatives or coloring.
